- Some experience in Telesales is a plus.
- Some experience and educational background in Hospitality is a plus.
- Willing to work on weekend (Saturday) if needed.

Function:
She will handle the call center for coffee, tea, chocolate beverages for professionals:
- Receive incoming order from Customer.
- Prepare and submit documentations in accordance with order requirements.
- Handle after sales issues; customer enquiries and complaints.
- Pass on after sales information to Technical Department.
- Input and filling data customers and data orders.
- Establish and maintain relationship with customers by follow up existing customers via phone call.
