1. Java Programmer

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for developing of solutions using Java Programming. This includes working in a team of development resources in producing the Technical Design and source code deliverables. In addition, the resource will work with the client business stakeholders in the Analysis phases of the projects to collecting application and technical requirements and ensuring that the requirements tie back to the established requirements and project goals.

Requirement:

· Graduate Degree in Information Technology from reputable university

· Minimum 1 (one) year working experience, fresh graduate is welcome

· Strong software and web development experience and core Java / J2EE (JSP, Servlet, EJB, JMS, SOAP, RESTful, JUnit, etc.)

· Hands-on experience and highly skilled at front-end engineering using object-oriented JavaScript, various JavaScript libraries and frameworks (jQuery, AngularJS, HTML5 and CSS, Bootstrap, Node.JS) is advantages

· Experience with Web Services using SOAP and REST

· Quick to adopt new technology

· Experience with IT software development lifecycle methodologies and processes, including object-oriented development

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Interpersonal skills to interact with team members. Communication skills to work effectively with team members, support personnel, and clients

2. Technical Support

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible to provide the technical support and monitoring the systems.

Requirement:

· Graduate minimum Diploma 3 in Information Technology from reputable university

· Minimum 1 (one) year working experience, fresh graduate is welcome

· Interact with customers by telephone, chat, and tickets through customer support requests

· Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills as well as telephone and customer service skills

· Must have a basic to intermediate knowledge of one or more of the following operating systems: Windows Server, Linux RedHat, Virtualization platforms, etc.

· Should have a basic to intermediate knowledge of the following:
• Web Server (Apache, IIS, and nginx)
• Domain Name System (DNS)
• Email and Mail Servers (Qmail, Exim, Postfix, and MailEnable)
• Network Connectivity and Troubleshooting

· Must have flexible shift availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
