Range Salary: IDR 4-6 million

Job Description:
Address a variety of database integration issues including migration between disparate databases, integration, maintenance/conversion, capacity planning issues, and new applications
Play a key role in consulting Database Administrators on physical implementations of databases and optimizing database performance
Work with application development teams to ensure that database changes adhere to best practices & are properly prioritized / scheduled
Define monitoring requirements to prepare for deployment of these new database features
Provide sound advice base on industry best practices to application programmers in the effective use of database languages
Advise on troubleshooting, exception processing needs, and other data management issues.
Assist the software development teams in dealing with performance issues in all custom code released to the production.
Assist with impact analysis of any changes made to the database objects
