Administrative Assistant for Human Capital Division
BANK WINDU is looking for candidates to fill in two administration positions. Incumbents of both positions will work on database of training or additional data of employees using MS Excel and also maintain correspondence with third parties using emails and phone. This position demands people who can work multitasking, as she/he will manage travel of all employees (including booking plane tickets and hotels) and arrange internal training. She/he will also need to maintain relation with third-party vendors.
