Qualification: 
1. Male/Female, Max 30 years Old. 2. Min. 1 years experiences in the same position. 3. Proficient in English both oral & written. 4. Hardworking, enthusiastic and Team Player. 5. Understand the basic network infrastructure (Active Directory, LAN, IP Routing). 6. Able to handle stress & good communication skills with people at all levels. 7. Result oriented, able to work under pressure and minimum supervision. 8. Willing to be located in customer site.

Job task:

1. Provide 1st Level support of Personal Computing Device (Desktop, Notebook, Printer) before escalate it to 2nd Level Support.
2. Provide 1st Level support on Troubleshoot computer systems problems (Desktop PC, Notebooks, Printer, LAN, and Antivirus) and Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc before escalate it to 2nd Level Support.
3. Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all supported Office Automation tools.
4. Advise and educate staff on appropriate action to avoid same problem on next time.
5. Manage Computer Inventory from Acquisition to disposal.
6. Provide documentation of End user computing including workstation, server, IT inventory, LAN and printer.
