Minimal Diploma in Information Technology, preferable from reputable university
Minimal 1 years experience in similar field
Fluently Speaking and Reading English
Knowledge able in Windows 98 / 2000 / XP, server, TCP/IP and LAN
Have an Excellent communication skill
Preferable Have Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Server Engineer
Knowledge in Desktop support, end-point network support
Reporting, coordinate team Helpdesk, Log tickets, Monitoring SLA, Executive user support (for Supervisor Level)
Willing to be placed Jakarta and Outside Jakarta
