Requirements:

PHP web application development
Experience in app development (iOS/Android)
Good Programming Skill in C++ or Java (J2EE will be an advantage)
Strong in Algorithm
Knowledge in Database Programming (Oracle, MySQL, MS-SQL)
Experience in report designing withreporting tools such as Crystal Report

Will need to be able to handle:

designs, develops and tests web & mobile applications
Develop & managing projects in technical fields
Ensures that the detailed designs meet core user requirements.

Fresh graduate / experience in similar field / related background:
Web development, mobile application development
Good communication skills & managing skills
