4. System Analyst for Application Development (SA)
Requirements:
• Required 1-2 years experience as Application Developer using Microsoft ASP.NET platform
• Required 1-2 years experience as System Analyst in medium-scale corporate organization
• Experience in specify Business Requirement and Technical Requirement for application development process
• Experience in creating system documentations (UML, ERD, Activity Diagram and system flowchart)
• Strong knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA)
• Strong knowledge in SDLC, OOP, DBMS and Database Normalization
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills is a must
• Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects is essential
• Able to work to meet project management deadline

General Requirements:
1. Male/Female, minimun of diploma/bachelor degree majoring Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System or Equivalent with minimum GPA of 3.0
2. Minimum 1-2 years work experience in the same field with the selected position
3. Excellent analytical problem solving skills
4. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
5. Creative, high integrity, self motivated, hardworking, fast learner, and able to work independently as well as in team-oriented environment
