DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
1.Testing and test reports
2.Identify and record changes that occur in all applications and the platform environment
3.Assessment of the potential impact of changes
4.Prepare schedule & completeness check list of documentation
5.Identify responsibility for failure and recovery of the changes that did not work
6.Creating a change management statistics for management reporting
7.Creating procedures and policies related to Information Technology
8.Conduct review and renewal on the procedures and policies related to Information Technology to ensure that the policy & procedures are in accordance with the state of the work environment
9.Create and review all Circular Letters related to Information Technology
10.Convincing all policies related to Information Technology is run properly and correctly by all components of the Information Technology Division and make a report
11.Ensuring follow-up should be done from the results of audits and evaluations have been conducted
12.Ensure all parts of the Information Technology division to handle each project in accordance with their respective jobs
13.To verify any budget that is in the Division of IT
14.Gather and prepare all information required in planning IT & IT Committee Meeting
15.Submit all unresolved issues to the supervisor
16.Create and administer documentation
17.Periodically report project status to the immediate supervisor
