Qualifications:

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about cutting-edge technology, especially Web technology.
  • Hardworking and fast learner.
  • Good analytical skill.
  • Experienced in ASP.NET, C#, HTML and CSS layout, and JavaScript. Experience with Silverlight and WPF is a huge plus.
  • Preferably with good oral and written English skill.
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest quality services and product assistance to our worldwide customers.
  • Regularly create and write technical articles, KBs, tutorials, and other technical materials as an integral part of customer support process.
  • Involve in bug submission, code debugging, and work closely with Core Development Team.
