Qualification:
- Minimum diploma degree in Information System discipline
- One year experience on any technical support is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Internet and Web Application Architecture
- Good spoken and written English is a must
- Must be a fast learner with a good willing to learn, possess positive, friendly, cheerful & teamwork working attitude.

- Provide helpdesk and first level technical support for customers
- Coordinate inquiries and works with overseas technical team
- Assist in conduct requirement analysis for clients
- Assist in development of functional specification
- Assist in user-training for customers
