- Telephone call to acquire customers
- Handles email and fax outbound correspondence
- Receives subscription inquiries
- Handles activation of accounts and follow-up
- Update contact information of subscribers
- Generates reports and coordinates with solution team
- Assistant Manager in Office Administration duties.
