Qualification:
- Minimum diploma degree in Information System discipline
- One year experience on any technical support is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Internet and Web Application Architecture
- Good spoken and written English is a must
- Must be a fast learner with a good willing to learn, possess positive, friendly, cheerful & teamwork working attitude
Responsibility:
1.Provide helpdesk and first level technical support for customers
2.Coordinate inquiries and works with overseas technical team
3.Assist in conduct requirement analysis for clients
4.Assist in development of functional specification
5.Assist in user-training for customers
