General Requirements: • Have Minimum 2.75 of 4 GPA in the IT/Software/Engineering/Computer Science fields • Be energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable to different environments, have strong interest and passion in programming tasks / IT • Good communication, Interpersonal skills, Independent, hard-worker and a good team player • Discipline, be a faster learner, creative, innovative, result, action oriented and driven attitude • Self-motivated, Self-starter, Strategically & Tactically thinking and Self-driven person • Basic programming knowledge is a must, experience in developing an application e.g. for Final Assignment or Internship is an advantage Specific Requirements: • Having a good sense of programming algorithm logic • Having knowledge in Programming Languages : Java, C++, .NET, PHP, ASP, etc. • Having knowledge and skill in Databases : Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MYSQL, etc. • Having knowledge and skill in Operating System : Windows, UNIX, LINUX, etc.
