1.Middle Age Male 25 - 30 Years of Age 2.Knows his way around web application languages such as PHP, JAVA 3.Knowing additional languages such as Python, R & Networking Tools would be a plus 4.Advanced Algorithm skills & Logical Problem Solving Ability 5.Must have experience in programming frameworks (no hard coders allowed!) Must have experience in Design Patterns and Relational Database Concepts 6.Managed a Web Based App Project at some point in his career 7.S1 Education , although we will seriuously consider applicants of a lesser or higher education that show promise 8.Must have a sense of humor, hunger for knowledge and a willingness to stay back at work for our weekly LAN parties (gamers welcome!)
