2. Menguasai OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2003, XP, Linux Ubuntu

3. Maintenance and troubleshooting network LAN / WAN (VPN-IP) to branch office / OpenVPN

4. Maintenance and troubleshooting computer server (Active Directory, IIS, Mdaemon Mail Server, File Server, Domain Name Server, Messaging, Symantec End Point Antivirus, ISA Firewall dan Squid Proxy)

5. Maintenance and troubleshooting Cisco Router dan Catalyst (Vlan, Static Routing, dll)

6. Maintenance and troubleshooting internet connection with Wifi.

7. Maintenance and troubleshooting Terminal Server, Citrix, Ericom

8. Maintenance and supervision data center room.

9. Pembelian IT hardware dari vendor.
