Helpdesk
Have strong knowledge in:
1. MS-Office 2003, 2007, and 2010.
2. Install and configuration Operating System.
3. Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 2003 and 2008 Server
4. Troubleshooting in hardware and Operating System.
5. Familiar with Networking.
6. System Administration with Active Directory (is an advantaged).
7. Messaging System (Exchange, Lotus Domino (is an advantaged)).
Self motivated Enthusiastic, Fast Learner and Result Oriented, Good Communication and Willingness to work hard.
