Qualification:
-Familiar with Windows Operating System (Workstation and Server), Novell Netware, Networking (TCP/IP, Cabling), Email, Calendar, Office
Having knowledge for IT Service Management (Problem Management, Change Management)
Having good communication skill with users (Bahasa, English and approach)
Providing assistant for any requirements (Add, Move, Delete, Upgrade) refer to company's Standard software and Hardware
As knowledge resources (How To, FAQ, as a Trainer) for any company's electronic resources
Working with Third Party to solving problem, on new initiative and regular works
Familiar with Voice system - PBX, Videoconference, Billing software and security door system
Providing regular reports (weekly and monthly) as base for performance reports
At least 1 year experienced as Technical Support
- Bachelors degree in Information technology/Information Science or equivalent with GPA minimum 2.75
Provides customer service to computer users in Head Office and the Field. Installs and troubleshoots computer and network hardware/software, and administers phone system.
Responsible for day-to-day administration of the corporate network environment.
